A maximum of 30 places is planned. Once formal registration opens, places will be allocated in the order registrations are received. Expressing interest now is separate from that registration.
Registration for the exchange and registration for the two tournaments are separate. Exchange participants will have access to a priority registration option for both tournaments. The exact process depends on the funding arrangements and will be explained before tournament registration opens.
We coordinate accommodation in both cities, the shared journey from Berlin to Paris, and the group programme. You arrange your arrival in Berlin, your journey home from Paris, meals, and any local transport tickets you need. We can still eat together, and food will be available at the Berlin HEMA Cup cafeteria.
Two cities, two tournament weekends and a group to share it all with. Send us an email if you’d like to join us.
