How Our Registration Process Works
Our registration happens in multiple stages. If a category is fully booked, don’t worry – there might be a second registration round, which could open two weeks after the first round.
What should you do?
- Only book what you truly want: If there are categories you’re interested in that are still available, feel free to book them. However, don’t book something you don’t want just because it’s open.
- Use the waitlist if necessary: If the category you want is fully booked, simply join the waitlist for that category. See a waitlist entry as a commitment – if a spot becomes available, it’s expected that you’ll take it.
Important Notes:
- Participants with an active booking might be given priority for adding a fully booked category in the second registration round.
- Do not join the waitlist for categories that are still open. Any waitlist entries for categories with open spots will be deleted.
If there’s nothing available that you want, just register for the waitlist instead. This ensures you’ll have a chance if a spot opens up later.
