Consent to DDHF and Hema Ratings

Bei der Anmeldung zu HEMA Cup habt ihr die Möglichkeit eure Resultate für HEMA Ratings anonymisieren zu lassen.

Choice 1: Forwarding of tournament results to HEMA Ratings (if applicable)

I acknowledge that by participating in this event, my results as well as my name, nationality and club affiliation will be sent to HEMA Ratings (www.HEMAratings.com), who will process them in accordance with their privacy policy. The organisers will check the submitted data for accuracy before final publication, and the responsibility for the use of the data lies entirely with HEMA Ratings.

Choice 2: I wish to anonymise my profile on HEMA Ratings.

The organiser will submit a request to HEMA Ratings to anonymise my tournament data. This also includes existing data about me that is stored there. I am aware that the organiser cannot carry out the anonymisation itself or check its success.

Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass durch die Teilnahme an dieser Veranstaltung meine Ergebnisse sowie mein Name, meine Nationalität und meine
Vereinszugehörigkeit an HEMA Ratings (www.HEMAratings.com) gesendet werden, die diese gemäß ihrer Datenschutzrichtlinie verarbeiten. Die Organisatoren prüfen die übermittelten Daten auf Richtigkeit, bevor sie final veröffentlicht werden, wobei die Verantwortung für die Verwendung der Daten vollständig bei HEMA Ratings liegt.

Auswahl 2: Ich wünsche die Anonymisierung meines Profils bei HEMA Ratings.

Der Veranstalter wird einen Antrag zur Anonymisierung meiner Turnierdaten bei HEMA Ratings einreichen. Dies umfasst auch bereits bestehende Daten, die dort über mich gespeichert sind. Mir ist bewusst, dass der Veranstalter die Anonymisierung nicht selbst durchführen oder deren Erfolg überprüfen kann.

Choice 1: Forwarding of the tournament results for classification as a DDHF ranking tournament (if applicable)

I acknowledge that my data will be included in the DDHF ranking list for scoring purposes. I am also aware that my participation will determine my category (Open/Ladies+) in the corresponding weapon category for the current season.

Choice 2: I wish that the results of the tournament are not included in the DDHF ranking list.

The results of the tournament may nevertheless be published by the DDHF and used by the organiser in the social media. The sole purpose of this point is to avoid a categorisation (Open/Womans+) for the current season.

meine Kategorie (Offen/Damen+) in der entsprechenden Waffengattung für die laufende Saison festgelegt wird.

Auswahl 2: Ich wünsche, dass die Ergebnisse des Turniers nicht in die DDHF-Rangliste einfließen.

Die Ergebnisse des Turniers dürfen dennoch vom DDHF veröffentlicht und vom Veranstalter in den sozialen Medien genutzt werden. Dieser Punkt dient ausschließlich dazu, eine Kategoriefestlegung (Offen/Damen+) für die laufende Saison zu vermeiden.
